Evaluation of dahi collected from Netrokona district in Bangladesh

Abstract: The aim of the present research work was to make a comparative study between the quality of dahi yeast and mould count of B, C, D and E type dahi samples were also significantly (p > 0.01) higher than A type dahi which was prepared in the laboratory.
