Abstract: Objective: In this study, we aimed to evaluate age-dependent cognitive and behavioral changes, neuronal damage, and the amount of gamma-aminobutyric acid-A (GABA-A) alpha 1 in immature, mature, and adolescant rats after status epilepticus (SE).
