Evaluation of a new quality of life questionnaire for patients with irritable bowel syndrome

Abstract: Background: We describe the development and evaluation of a new disease‐specific instrument, the Irritable Bowel Syndrome Quality of Life Questionnaire (IBSQOL), which was designed for use in patients with irritable bowel syndrome.
