Evaluation antioxidant capacity and proximate composition in brown seaweed S. crassifolium found in Lombok coast, Indonesia

Abstract: Seaweed is one of the marine-biota that is widely known for its uses, one of them is in the food functional. Functional food is a program that promotes a healthy diet so that it can prevent a disease when consuming food.
