By following certain Web data mining procedures in electronic commerce management, and according to date sources by keeping to themes of electronic commerce management, carrying out web date in preprocessing, conversion, integration, knowledge discovery and mode analysis, enterprises are able to ensure the safety of network information system, improve efficiency of customer relationship management, optimize electronic commerce website construction and build up coordinate operation management system to provide decision support for electronic commerce and enable the enterprises to be with sound competitiveness in the trend of electronic commerce.
