Learning Indonesian speaking skills in news texts with a reporting strategy as a role model is implemented to solve the problem of students' lack of speaking and presenting skills. The purpose of this study was conducted to analyze the implementation of the reportage-based speaking skill learning method in SMK. The type of approach to this research is descriptive qualitative, as a research method based on postpositivism philosophy with objects of natural conditions (the opposite of this research is experimentation). The research was conducted by interviewing, observing, and taking notes for data collection. Research subjects are researchers and their partners. Data analysis activities are carried out by explaining the technique of planning, implementing, and evaluating learning as a strategy for learning speaking skills. The findings in this study showed that students experienced an increase in their speaking skills and demonstrated in public schools with a score of 71 out of 21 instrument indicators regarding the method of applying reportage-based students' speaking skills in Vocational High Schools. In this study, the average recapitulation results were obtained at 3.38 with a maximum value of 4. The value calculation was carried out using the formula in the evaluation process.

The objectives of this study were (1) to apply diversity-based learning strategies in short story text material at Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta Senior High School; (2) increasing students' understanding of the application of diversitybased learning strategies; and (3) exploring students' responses to the application of diversity-based learning strategies. This is explorative qualitative research. The research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta class XI MIPA 1 in October 2022. The data design was used as the primary data source. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed by linkage analysis techniques or flow. The data validity technique was carried out using triangulation of data collection and triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the application of diversity-based learning strategies was carried out in several stages, which are introduction, providing examples, and implementation. Students can implement the six Pancasila student profile values in learning activities and create a work, such as short story text by paying attention to the Pancasila student profile values in the contents of the story. There were 5 students received a score of 60, 9 students received a score of 80 and 3 students received a score of 100. This shows that students understand the material given. The students' responses to the application of diversity-based learning strategies were 94% or 16 students said the application of diversity-based learning strategies was fun; 6% or 1 student said the application was unpleasant. In addition, there were 82% or 14 students who considered material delivery and making short stories with a diversity-based learning strategy easy to understand and apply, and 18% or 3 students considered material delivery and the making short stories with a diversity-based learning strategy was not easy to understand and applied. Therefore, diversity-based learning strategies can be applied in general to senior high school students.

Curriculum is dynamic and it needed to change to adjust to the context and goals of the society, however it is also not always easy for teachers who implement the curriculum. This community service activity aims to help PAUD teachers, especially Kindergarten (TK) levels in understanding the existence of curriculum changes, namely the Kurikulum Merdeka so that teachers can understand, plan, and implement learning at the kindergarten level. The target of this community service (PKM) activity is 25 kindergarten teachers in Mojokerto City. The PKM design carried out were: socialization of the independent curriculum and training in preparing activity plans in learning in kindergarten. This community service uses the lecture, discussion, assignment, and simulation methods, this PKM is carried out both online and offline to provide experience in compiling and implementing learning in kindergarten. The results of this PKM can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test. Kindergarten teachers in the City of Mojokerto already have knowledge of the Independent Curriculum but not in its entirety. Based on the results of a questionnaire filled out by 25 kindergarten teachers in Mojokerto City, it was found that only 8.7% of institutions had used the Kurikulum Merdeka. 52.2% use a mixed curriculum (50% PAUD 2013 Curriculum and 50% Kurikulum Merdeka). As many as 39.1% still use the 2013 PAUD Curriculum, so it can be concluded from this PKM is the creation of the ability of kindergarten teachers in preparing, planning and implementing Kurikulum merdeka appropriately.
