To the best of our knowledge, the only reported example of a templated metal sulfate that contains gallium is the disordered, vanadium/gallium compound, [C 2 H 10 N 2 ] 4 [GaV 3 (SO 4 ) 8 (OH) 4 ]·4H 2 O .
