“…This paper introduces the Engineering and Technology Transfer Scholars' (ET 2 ) program funded in 2008 by the National Science Foundation 1 (NSF) that focuses on students who transfer at the 3 rd year level from 2-year schools to our university. With scholarship support from NSF, our aim is to recruit, retain and graduate a total of 75 additional transfer scholars in our engineering and engineering technology BS degree programs 2 .
