Estudo do uso de conchas de sururu (Mytella falcata) no controle de pH da manipueira em reator anaerobio UASB

Abstract: RESUMODurante o processamento da prensagem das raízes de mandioca são gerados vários resíduos, dentre eles destaca-se a manipueira, efluente este que contêm alta carga de poluição devido o volume e teor de matéria orgânica. Esse resíduo quando descartado de forma inadequada pode causar uma série de impactos ao meio ambiente, tais como, a contaminação do solo e lençol freático, além de causar danos à saúde pública.
