Estudio comparativo de tres técnicas de hemodiálisis: AFB-K, Hemodiafiltración y Hemodiálisis de alto flujo

Abstract

Research in nephrology seeks to fi nd increasingly effi cient extrarenal purifi cation techniques. The dialysis technique of potassium-profi led acetatefree biofi ltration offers better tolerance and reduces the risk of arrhythmias. Our aim was to compare this technique with high-fl ow haemodialysis and with haemodiafi ltration in order to ascertain which dialysis treatment is the most suitable for each patient.
