Abstract: Este estudo descritivo quantitativo discute os efeitos do estresse tecnológico no conflito trabalho-casa, na qualidade de vida e na intenção de permanecer nas organizações entre os usuários de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação (TIC) em seu trabalho diário.
