“…In histological sections of Giemsa-stained non lymphoid tissues, lymphocytes were distinguished by their size, nuclear configuration, and relative lack of cytoplasm. The data obtained in this way from histoautoradiographs were corrected by the method of Modak et al (1973) as described earlier (Pabst and Trepel, 1979). Lymphocytes were considered labeled if more than 5 grains were located over the nucleus.…”
