Abstract:A esclerodermia juvenil é uma doença que apresenta características diferentes em comparação com a esclerodermia no adulto. Sua incidência é rara na infância. Pode ser sistêmica ou localizada, sendo esta última a mais comum. Relatamos um caso de esclerodermia juvenil em uma criança de 3 anos de idade do sexo feminino apresentando placa amarelada no tronco simulando uma lesão xantomatosa.
