Escala de Metas de Realização no Trabalho: adaptação e evidências de validade

Abstract: RESUMOO objetivo do presente estudo consistiu em traduzir, adaptar e buscar evidências de validade para a Escala de Metas de Realização no Trabalho modelo 2x2. Participaram do estudo 358 trabalhadores, que responderam o instrumento com 23 itens.
