Abstract: A b s t r a c tBackground: Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) is the sudden, unexpected loss of heart function, which occurs out of specialist healthcare facilities and inevitably leads to death if uninterrupted by effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
