Other cases reported as eosinophilic granuloma of the skin9"16 have been reviewed by Buley,17 Weidman,6 Lewis and Cormia,18 and Lever.19 Weidman6 recognized that the cases reported as eosinophilic granuloma of the skin were actually a heterogeneous group, related only by the presence of tissue eosinophilia.
