Enzyme cascade reactions: synthesis of furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) and carboxylic acids using oxidases in tandem

Abstract: Three enzymes are combined under mild conditions for the preparative scale oxidation of HMF to FDCA and a range of 10 alcohols.
