“…Consequently, cold-pressed oil, such as BO, is used for the production of cosmetics and pharmaceutical oils. To improve oil extraction by cold processing, Soto and coworkers [17] used a mixture of two commercial enzymes, Olivex (containing mainly pectinase, cellulase and hemicellulase activities) and Celluclast (containing mainly cellulose ad hemicellulase activities). These enzyme mixtures break down the cell wall of the borage seeds, facilitating the release of the oil.…”

“…Enzymatic extraction, especially with the use of proteases, is another process to extract the fish oil (Linder et al 2005). Although the costs associated with this process is high, but, several researches have shown that by controlling of the some factors, this technique is feasible (Nascimento et al 2008;Soto et al 2007;Zhang et al 2012). In recent years, several studies have been done in the field of application of SFE technique to achieve the fish oil from by-products (Letisse et al 2006;Rubio-Rodríguez et al 2008).…”

“…In (Latif and Anwar, 2009;Latif at al., 2007aLatif at al., , 2011) studied the hydrolytic enzymes such as cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase for destroying the cell walls. Since enzymes are mostly specific to a particular type of communication, we need to use a mixture of enzymes with different types of activity (Soto at al., 2007;Ricochon and Muniglia, 2010).The rewiev of enzymatic mixtures, stages of the process and the conditions under which the enzymatic treatment must be carried out we can seen in (Latif at al., 2007b). Increasing the efficiency of oil extraction using enzymatic treatment in the process of compaction compared to the control is associated with better solubilization of the cell wall, that leads to the release of a higher quantity of oil (Latif at al., 2007b).The process depends not only on the pH, temperature, amount of time, but also from the technological procedures before and after hydrolysis seed.…”
