“…Hedjazi et al (2008) used OQ(PO) bleaching sequence to delignify and bleach an alkaline sulfite-anthraquinone (ASAQ) bagasse pulp to a brightness of 80% ISO. Totally chlorine-free bleaching with the Q1(OP)Q2P sequence of the unbleached ASAQ bagasse pulps yielded bleached pulps with 76.9% ISO brightness, which is suitable for producing writing and printing grades of paper (Khristova et al 2006).
