Envelhecimento Cognitivo, Autoeficácia e Atividade Física: Uma Revisão Sistemática

Abstract: O envelhecimento é um processo natural que afeta todos os sujeitos. Assim sendo, é descrito como um fenômeno dinâmico, contínuo e que não é reversível, está associado a aspectos biológicos, psicológicos e sociais.
