“…However, despite administering the questionnaire to all 323 students in the sample, only 306 responded satisfactorily. The sample size compared favourably to similar prior studies with 105 students in the USA [68], 329 students in South Africa [37] and 61 students in Colombia [69]. “…Given these results and considering that there is some evidence of a small but positive relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions (e.g., Bae, Qian, Miao, and Fiet 2014;Martin, McNally, and Kay 2013;Pruett 2012), we suggest that career education services, particularly in universities, plan intervention programs that encourage college students to develop those skills, attitudes and values they need for coping with the changing and challenging world of work. Accordingly, within some contexts, career education could eventually provide greater advantages by including education and training in entrepreneurship within a model of career guidance and counseling that takes into account the interrelations and dynamics of different life roles (Super 1990;Super et al 1996).…”

Perhaps universities should have a fundamental part in this process, as college students can be an important target for this type of intervention because they soon will face a school-to-worktransition, being close to entering working life (Gordon 2006).…”
