Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention: The mediating role of the need for independence

Abstract: PURPOSE: The paper focuses on assessing the direct effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention and the indirect effect of the need for independence on the relationship between the constructs.
