Entrepreneurial orientation in the hotel establishments

Abstract: The present paper analyses the influence of entrepreneurial orientation (integrated approach) and its dimensions (individual approach) on hotel performance. “…Each first-order composite captures a different aspect ratio; thus, first-order composites are not interchangeable. Composite higher-order constructs were confirmed via the weights of firstorder composites, significance of weights, and multicollinearity (Hernández-Perlines, 2016) . The weights of first-order composites (signifying higher-order composites) were all significant.…”

Nevertheless, the argument of whether entrepreneurial orientation is needed to transfer and convert knowledge into business solutions for SMTAB entrepreneurs is left largely undefined.…”
