“…In this context, if managers prioritize their logistics chains, both the internal and external work environment, employees and work methods, they can achieve favorable results within a short timeframe. Therefore, research has been conducted in the Tunisian context to analyze and measure the level of implementation of knowledge management (KM) and total quality management (TQM) in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) (Lehyani et al , 2022; Aouadni and Euchi, 2022), assess the risks of sustainable supply chain (SC) (Benabdallah et al , 2022), identify the key factors of TQM that impact supply chain performance (SCP) (Najar, 2022; Lehyani et al , 2018), examine the effect of integrating KM and TQM on company performance (Lehyani and Zouari, 2016; Ben Salem, 2022; Khalfallah et al , 2022) and evaluate and measure the impact of KM on SCP (Chtioui et al , 2023; Lehyani and Zouari, 2015).
