Integrating network technology fully into traditional teaching can realize resource sharing to the greatest extent, so the establishment of distance education and network teaching platform has become the inevitable development of the time. The purpose of this paper is to build an embedded mobile teaching model based on network streaming media technology. The technology application, system composition and structure, realization process, and teaching method of the system are introduced in detail. The system energy consumption, bit rate of video information, and buffer technology were optimized, respectively. In this system, the energy consumption optimization method of mobile streaming media is adopted, and Central Processing Unit (CPU) resources are allocated reasonably according to the principle of maximizing rewards, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing power consumption. The results show that the system can effectively ensure the normal transmission of large multimedia information stream data through the network by using streaming media playback technology, and users can control the teaching process through interactive operation, which makes the network multimedia distance teaching based on streaming media develop in an all-round way and bring advanced teaching mode for education.

Existing primary education is not organized properly to fulfil the demand of fourth industrial revolution (IR 4.0) which causes lack of engagement in learning materials, lack of spatial ability and motivation towards learning by young age students. Students especially from initial education level tend to learn from seeing rather than reading or memorizing. In this context, technology like augmented reality and virtual reality bears such visual power in lieu with interactivity and engaging characteristics by bringing virtual and real world together. In addition, flexible presentation mechanisms in lieu with tagging and tracking technology with various degree of freedom provide the effective ground of augmented reality and virtual reality to integrate with current primary education or initial level of education. In this context, this research presents comprehensive and critical reviews in the previous research in terms with several aspects such as methods, research design and experimental validation. Each of the aspects is demonstrated with adequate advantages and disadvantages to design the integration of augmented reality and virtual reality with primary education methodology. In addition, this research illustrates extensive critical explanation for various challenges to integrate augmented reality and virtual reality with primary education to make students motivated towards education, effective activity and memorization with visualization. The overall investigation proposed in this research is expected to fulfil the future demand for Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0).

Objective : to determine the character and forms of the new generation educational materials in the conditions of a new reality - the dominance of clip consciousness, because it is focused on the perception of changing visual images and it limits the formation of systemic knowledge about the subject of study. 2) to make an overview of augmented reality (AR) programs and applications that can be used in the preparation of educational materials. Applied method : analysis of documents, including publications of domestic and foreign authors, describing the experience of introducing virtual (VR), augmented (AR) and mixed (MR) realities technologies into the educational process and educational materials; online sources for the latest augmented reality learning software. Results : textbooks with AR enable to observe objects in 3D in real time and in a real physical environment using smartphones, special glasses; it will allow them to gain practical knowledge and experience. Educational materials with AR and VR will become more in demand in technical / engineering and architectural and construction education, they will allow to visualize projects, to view the architectural models in detail. Conclusions : the use of augmented reality elements has a positive effect on the quality of education, but its effectiveness for students of different specialties is different. The greatest effectiveness of AR in the process of teaching undergraduate students of engineering and architectural specialties was revealed. In general, the impact of virtual and augmented reality on consumers is ambiguous. The problem requires further study, in particular, in the aspect of technostress.
