The stability of corporate sector is definitely related to the prominent firms’ conditions, where both inner and outer factor played a significant role in enhancing the value proportion in sustaining the existence. Although many was conducted in the outer part in the corporate sector, however, less attention was apparently being given to the internal point where professional and moral basis is needed for further exploration in giving insights into corporate sustainability. This chapter attempts to examine the insightful value of professional competence and moral responsibility to give the significant point in disseminating the enhancement of corporate sustainability. The literature review was carefully conducted from the referred articles: journals, books and conference proceedings on the related topic. The finding reveals that the insightful value of professional competence and moral responsibility in advancing the corporate sustainability could be achieved in particular point through industry and university alliance. The basis of this alliance of both could give insights into incorporating the particular model of strategic partnership along with the corporate social responsibility. Engaged through the higher education (HE) together with firm involvement, this aim refers to advance in achieving the quality balance on corporate social responsibility. As such, this study is expected to contribute in advancing the research development agenda on enhancing strategic partnership assigned between professional competences together with moral responsibility.

This study aims to find out and obtain objective information about the effect of teacher professional competence and student learning facilities on learning achievement in class X SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat, Sambas Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with the Expost Facto approach. with the form of research used in this study is a comparative causal study. The data analysis technique from the results of this study is descriptive statistics used to describe the data for each variable and regression analysis is used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) the professional competence of teachers is included in the good criteria and a total score of 9770 is obtained. Student learning motivation is included in the high criteria and a total score of 5535 is obtained. The conclusion of this study is that the variable of teacher professional competence has a positive and significant influence on the results. student learning that is equal to 31.13%, and the variable of student learning motivation has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes that is equal to 4.41%, while the variables of teacher professional competence and student learning motivation together have a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes. students, namely 56.9%.

Through English language teaching (ELT), educator professional development is an interesting and significant subject due to the fact it is in the interest of the educators’ career to make sure that its participants perform consistently with the highest degrees of agreed criteria. Correspondingly, educators mostly state a willingness to enhance their own education that allows them to enhance learners’ knowledge and consistent with the advent of the information-based community, the self-directed learning is vital for the employees. The self-directed professional development (PD) method is considered one option to improve vocational educators’ skills to improve their professionalism, learning development, and school development. Within the learning procedure, self-directed PD has used the rules of learning that are covered within the rules of individual teaching and the mental traits and ideas including motivation and grit that could have a mediating function in this area. Grit is critical within English language educator PD and improving it within educator PD means modeling it as a determinant of the learners’ success. In addition, comprehending motivation is vital for everybody intending to reduce expenses for PD, motivate employees, or be self-directed in their learning about the job. The purpose of the present literature review is to examine the function of such constructs in self-directed PD which is considered a great dimension of educator quality. Briefly, many applications are suggested for the scholastic beneficiaries.
