A systematic literature review on the marketability and employability of graduates is presented in this paper. It delves into the themes that emerge from 31 papers found in Scopus and the Web of Science database. The study was carried out and conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA) method, which is a thorough guideline for systematic review and data collection. The review included research studies published between 2017 and 2022. The themes were divided into three categories: graduate attributes, teaching strategy and development, and workplace skills. These topics are discussed in depth in this paper and are presented in the literature review. Rather than reiterating the literature research and recognizing the issue, an approach that focuses on an early valuation of graduate employability in order to educate graduates with the appropriate information and skills was also presented. This study found that graduate attributes such as communication skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and leadership abilities were found to have a significant impact on employability and marketability. Furthermore, these characteristics are necessary to improve a graduate's prospects of achieving a more stable future in their chosen job. This research is particularly significant since it helps academics obtain a better understanding of peer-reviewed literature reviews. It also helps them to gain a better grasp of the marketability and employability of recent graduates in the labor market. Further research is proposed to figure out why graduates believed that a list of soft skills was being established through the curriculum, and what components of their university experience prepared them for the job market.

In the paper the author tries to present one of the applied art methods of the 20th century, namely the technic and meaning of the performance in some Hungarian artists' works. The aim of the author is to englobe art experiences in the global social context. The condition postmodern denies the "grand recit" and however accept and promulgate a totally new way of life full of crisis. One of the sign of the new era in art is the performance, the art of instant present of the individual. The paper present two great Hungarian performers. Katalin Ladik, Hungarian of Novy Sad, said: "I am object when I am on the stage" presenting erotic poems often reading out them. The other artist is El Kazovskij, Hungarian but born in Russia. The teaching of biology with PjBL resulted in both increased motivation among students and more positive attitudes towards biology (Kortam et al, 2018), and (Isa et al, 2020) PjBL was effective tool for engaging students in activities that develop their level of creativity, communication skills, and critical thinking. This study analyzed how students in Indonesia and Nigeria used Project-Based Learning to develop their entrepreneurial skills. Qualitative methods with observation and documentation instruments used in this study. The success of the Project-Based Learning strategy is evaluated by reviewing projects completed by students. The findings of this study can be used by universities in Indonesia, Nigeria, and other countries as an alternative learning strategy. This research has never been done before because it examines entrepreneurial skills using Project-Based Learning in the context of Indonesia and Nigeria. The results obtained in Nnamdi Azikiwe University and Universitas Bengkulu<strong> </strong>indicated that PjBL approach increases students’ entrepreneurship skill development, creative thinking, and problem solving. These are very important for future entrepreneurial endeavours. Hence, PjBL is an effective method that can be used to enhance the entrepreneurial skill of students compared to the traditional class structure where the teacher or lecturer do more of the teaching with less students’ involvement. This study provides an alternative option for developing entrepreneurial skills through project-based learning in both Indonesia and Nigeria.
