Enhanced Pretreatment of Winery Solid Waste for High Reducing Sugar Yield

Abstract: An increasing quantity of Winery solid waste (WSW) generated annually is of environmental concern. This study was aimed to evaluate the pretreatment efficacy of winery waste for biogas production.
