“…According to the results obtained through the procedure carried out, it was possible to achieve full exfoliation of the clay platelets. Furthermore, the obtained nanocomposites polymers presented better storage moduli compared to polymer matrices in the absence of nanofillers [49]. However, it is also possible to achieve both structures in the same material.…”

“…We first optimized the process parameters of the chlorination reaction, including chlorination reagents, chlorination reagent amount, and temperature (Table 1). Some common chlorination reagents were evaluated, including oxaloyl chloride ((COCl) 2 ), phosphorus oxychloride (POCl 3 ), and thionyl chloride (SOCl 2 ), but both monochloro- (11) and dichloroproducts (11′) with different yields were obtained in all reactions. By contrast, 2.0 equivalent of phosphorus oxychloride showed a higher conversion than the other chlorinating reagents at reflux (entry 5), affording 11 in 35% and 11′ in 28%, respectively.…”

“…9 Meanwhile, because of hydrazine's high carcinogenicity/toxicity, energy content and wide flammability range, 10 we needed to detect the concentration of hydrazine vapor to prevent explosion in the scale-up experiment. According to the calculation of the level of hydrazine in the International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) M7 guideline, 11 the maximum allowed level of hydrazine was 39 μg/day in oral drugs. The recommended daily dosage of olaparib tablet was 600 mg.…”

“…The cationic modification of montmorillonite is affected by the length of the organic cationic chain, the type of functional group, and the number of cations [79,114,115]. Cationic organic long carbon chain modifiers are more advantageous.…”
