Engineered bacteria for augmentedin situtumor vaccination

Abstract: Engineered bacteria can be leveraged for in situ tumor vaccinations with their tumor-targeting ability and adjuvanticity. Engineering strategies like chemical modification, nanotechnology, and genetic engineering improve their safety and efficacy.
