RESUMO Objetivo Identificar as cargas de trabalho de equipes de enfermagem que atuam na Estratégia Saúde da Família nas cinco regiões do Brasil e as interfaces com o desgaste desses profissionais. Método Estudo qualitativo com profissionais de enfermagem de 20 Unidades de Saúde da Família, de oito munícipios das cinco regiões do país. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas e observação, sendo analisados segundo preceitos da análise temática e do referencial teórico de cargas de trabalho. Resultados Participaram 79 profissionais. As cargas de trabalho foram relacionadas a problemas estruturais e gerenciais, destacando-se as psíquicas devido ao excesso de demanda e à falta de profissionais, as fisiológicas pela sobrecarga de atividades que geram dores físicas e exaustão, as físicas e mecânicas em função das inadequações no ambiente de trabalho e equipamentos, as biológicas pela presença de micro-organismos e as químicas devido à exposição a poeiras e fumaças. Conclusão As fontes que elevam as cargas de trabalho são semelhantes nas cinco regiões, indicando forte influência das cargas psíquicas e fisiológicas nos padrões de desgaste da enfermagem. Entretanto, divisão e planejamento das ações em equipe e afinidade com o modelo assistencial reduzem as cargas de trabalho.

Objectives: This study aimed to identify the area of professional activity, characterize the trajectory and clinical practice in the area of stomatherapy, and identify further training as a specialist. Method: A descriptive study with a quantitative approach was conducted by applying an online questionnaire to graduates of the specialization course in Stomatherapy of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, which began in 2007, totaling 97 by 2015. The convenience sample was composed of 84 specialists who agreed to answer the questionnaire considering the study variables. Results: Most of the graduates were female (86%), aged between 31 and 40 years (68%), residents (58%) and working (59.6%) in Belo Horizonte. They remain active in their specialty area (70%), with predominance of stoma and wound care (31%), in care activities (29.3%), in the hospital area (27.3%) and in the health public sector (38%). The pursuit of specialization was predominantly motivated by interest in technical-scientific development (48.5%) and (69%) of the graduates continues capacitating after specialization. Conclusion: Stomatherapy is expanding in the national market, requiring the continuation of national research for a broader view of the specialty.

Objective: To develop a journal club on management topics in Nursing. Method: Action research, adopting content analysis as methodological reference and the journal club strategy. 12 nursing managers of a public hospital in the state of São Paulo participated from August to November 2016. Results: data showed the participation of nurses in the journal club in five meetings planned collectively with the following topics: "aspects regarding organization", with the subtopics "planning", "work process", "structure" and "people management"; and the topic "aspects regarding the team", with the subtopics "autonomy", "behavior/attitude", "awareness" and "social problems". Conclusion: The study showed the comprehensiveness of topics the journal club can address regarding management, and how scientific basis is important in the daily life of nursing managers to improve quality of care and the ability to manage.
