Well-being is a positive mental and physical condition of an individual in their life. One of the ways to fulfill the need of such a condition is through public spaces, which function as a place for citizen to do various activities. This paper aims to look on the decline in the role of public space to increase citizens' well-being through the activities taking place there. To understand how the engagement and well-being of its users work in public spaces, the author examines primary and secondary activities, and uses the Five Ways to Well-being and the active-passive engagement approach. The author taking photos, mapping, and actively observing Suropati Park as the object of observation to analyze this phenomenon further by using the qualitative method. Findings show that Suropati Park as a public space can generate the activities that support the well-being of its users, which can be seen through the occurrence of various types of active and passive activities carried out individually or in groups.

As electricity system reform moved on, improving operation management level, operating risk pre-control is more and more important. To improve power grid enterprises' operating management level and business function performance, establishing an early-warning system in conformity with power grid enterprises' operation mode is necessary. Standing in the angle of the grid operation managers, this paper studies using system dynamics analyze power grid operation management level from business indicators interaction relationship to various business departments, and built power grid dynamic feedback relation model for early-warning of enterprise operation, and have an example analysis and the practical application, the result shows that the availability and applicability of the model.

Determining strategic solution for improving quality which has an impact on increasing safety factor is the aim of this research. Therefore, planning on a construction project must be a bridge that links between the process improvement, priorities that support success, and the organization's long-term strategy. This study uses literature study approach that focuses on nuclear facilities and other energy projects which further explain the elements of project planning factors in the construction phase. Brief interviews to experts have been conducted as a validation tool. The main factors for strategic project planning are risk management, modularization, technological uniqueness, project typology and governance.
