Energy Per Useful Packet Optimization on a TDMA HAP Channel

Abstract: This paper considers the use of a code combining hybrid ARQ scheme (Automatic Repeat reQuest) on a TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) system. A multi-rate turbo-code is proposed to implement the H-ARQ scheme, allowing improved performances.
