Energy Management Strategy for a Fuel Cell/Ultracapasitor/Battery Hybrid System for Portable Applications

Abstract: A proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells (FCs) with ultracapacitor (UC) and battery (BT) hybrid system has fast transient response compare to stand alone FCs.
