Endovascular Treatment of a Dissecting Posteroinferior Cerebellar Artery Aneurysm: Case Report

Abstract: In patients who tolerate temporary balloon occlusion, endovascular treatment of dissecting fusiform aneurysms with platinum microembolization coils is safe and effective therapy.
