Endoskopische Anatomie des Mittelohres

Abstract: An FelsenbeinprÄparaten wurden anatomische Untersuchungen des Cavum tympani mit dem Endoskop durchgefÜhrt. Bei demselben transtympanalen Zugang wurden unterschiedliche Endoskope mit 0°, 30° und 70° Sichtwinkel verglichen. Mit Winkeloptiken konnte das gesamte Cavum tympani bei nur geringer Trommelfelltraumatisation inspiziert werden.
