Endoscopic Ultrasonography for Preoperative Diagnosis and Localization of Insulinomas

Abstract: Our experience with seven insulinomas accords with previous reports claiming EUS to be the method of choice for preoperative imaging and localization of pancreatic islet cell tumors.
