Endoscopic excision of nasal septal schwannoma:case report and review of literature

Abstract: Schwannomas are benign tumors arising from Schwann cells of myelinated nerve sheath. Schwannomas of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are rare, with only 4% occurrence. We report a case of a 48-year-old lady who presented with 1-year history of progressively worsening left nasal blockage.
