Endocrine Effects of Coffee Consumption

Abstract: North Europeans. Boiled coffee is frequently consumed by the inhabitants of the Balkan area, Ireland, North Africa, and Turkey. Scientists have extracted numerous bioactive compounds, such as chlorogenic acids (CGA), polyphenols, diterpenes, caffeine, and caffeine metabolites (1,2) from this complex beverage.
