Endobronchial Lipoma

Abstract: SUMMARYEndobronchial lipomas are relatively rare with approximately 40 reported in the English literature. Patients may present with wheezing, persistent cough or a history of recurrent pneumonia. The chest radiograph usually will demonstrate collapse, occasionally with associated consolidation distal to the lesion. Our case demonstrates the classic roentgenographic findings and represents only the second case of an endobronchial lipoma in the bronchus intermedins.
