Encapsulation of Flurbiprofen by Chitosan Using a Spray-Drying Method with <i>In Vitro</i> Drug Releasing and Molecular Docking

Abstract: ÖZAmaç: Bu çalışma, herhangi bir çapraz-bağlama ajanı kullanmadan püskürterek kurutma tekniği ile ilaç salınımı için, kitosan-flurbiprofen mikro ve nano küreleri hazırlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca moleküler modelleme kullanarak kitosan ve flurbiprofen arasındaki bağlanma geometrisini açıklamayı amaçlamaktadır.
