Abstract: ResumoPatentes são documentos públicos utilizados para a obtenção da proteção da propriedade intelectual de invenções técnicas. Tal proteção é limitada temporal e geograficamente, isso quer dizer que cada patente tem um prazo definido de proteção e uma determinada região de abrangência.
