The study examines the contribution of course refresher in assessing and facilitating teacher-learning (CRAFT) in Higher Education Institution among the respondents in terms of skills productivity, school culture, update training trends, development of teaching management, and training needs and gaps. Likewise to identify the extent of the improved professional faculty development of the respondents’ aspects as to roles, understanding, and expectation, development of trust and respect, organizational and institutional development culture, perspective faculty success, and assessment of program outcome. Descriptive correlational research design is utilized in the study and gathering of population size is purposive sampling. The study comprised one hundred seventy five (175) respondents only from the various Higher Education Institutions.

The aim of this study was to discover some external factors that influence the difficulties of teaching and learning English in rural schools for young learners. To obtain detailed data or information, data was collected in this study through observation and interviews using a qualitative research method and a type of case study. The research was conducted at an Al Fatch elementary school in the Silo sub-district of Jember Regency, East Java. The findings revealed that several external factors influence the difficulty of teaching and learning English for young students in rural schools, including 1) the school's location is far from urban areas, making it difficult for the community to reach it; 2) inadequate school infrastructure; 3) inadequate school facilities cannot support the continuity of the English teaching and learning process; 4) a lack of learning resources for students and teachers; 5) the language barrier, which is influenced by the community surrounding the school, which speaks the local language more frequently, makes it difficult for students to understand Indonesian as a medium of instruction in the teaching process.

Civil Servants in primary schools are dominated by teachers who have an age range of 46 – 57. Older teachers bring positive things to teaching, especially teaching experience and quality. But in the world of education, the positive influence of age has its limits. This means that where there is a point of age it no longer has a positive effect but a negative one. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teacher creativity and work stress on teacher performance. In this study using primary data and secondary data, primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 150 elementary school teachers in Banyuasin I. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) using the SMARTPLS application. From the results of data analysis, it was found that teacher creativity and work stress have a positive effect on employee performance. In addition, this study explains that teacher creativity and work stress will determine the increase in teacher performance.
