Employee Satisfaction With Work‐life Balance Policies And Organizational Commitment: A Philippine Study

Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between public employees' satisfaction with work-life balance policies (WLBPs) and organizational commitment in the relatively unexplored Philippine context.
