Empirically measuring salience of objects for use in pedestrian navigation

Abstract: Auch wenn sie es vehement von sich weisen würden, so haben meine Eltern großen Anteil an dieser, meiner Dissertation. Sie gaben mir von Kindesbeinen an die Freiheit, mich mit dem Nachdenken auseinanderzusetzen.
