Emotionality Does but Spirituality Does Not: The Effect of Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence on Organisational Citizenship Behaviour

Abstract: The current study explores the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and spiritual intelligence (SI) and the consequent effect of both on organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB).
