Emotional labor and work engagement at work in military policemen

Abstract: O objetivo do estudo foi investigar como ocorrem as relações entre demandas e estratégias de trabalho emocional e engajamento no trabalho em policiais militares. Participaram da pesquisa 302 policiais. Os instrumentos usados foram: Emotional Labour Scale-ELS, Emotion Work Requirements Scale-EWRS e Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-UWES.
