“…Unlike to BCC, invasive, high-risk cSCC can spread to loco-regional lymph-nodes and then to distant sites as metastatic disease. The risk of metastasis in cSCC is variable from 3 to 16.4% depending from intrinsic tumour prognostic factors and up to 20%, in special patient subgroups, such as OTRs [ 57 - 59 ]. Metastatic disease involves loco-regional lymph nodes in almost 85% of cases, followed by distant visceral metastasis (lungs, bone, liver, brain).…”

“…While specific dermoscopic features of flexural nevi have only been identified in a few case reports, some authors have categorized axillary lesions with those of the breast and other locations along the “milk line” due to their overlapping histopathologic features and the possible contribution of embryologic and hormonal influence [ 3 , 4 ]. A retrospective study of the dermoscopic features of 104 nevi and 13 melanomas from the breast and chest found the presence of atypical pigment network and irregular globules did not discriminate well between nevi and melanoma [ 5 ]. This is in contrast to studies that were not “site-specific,” in which atypical pigment network and irregular globules were sensitive and specific for melanoma [ 6 , 7 ].…”

“…The Zika virus is another flavivirus transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes. Approximately 20% of infected persons are symptomatic ( Nawas et al, 2016 ). Infection resembles mild dengue and may include fevers, rash, arthritis/arthralgia, and conjunctivitis ( Nawas et al, 2016 ).…”
