“…3 was equated by the linear regression equations of I pa (μA) = −(0.4706 ± 0.0001) lgc (μM) -(0.4809 ± 0.0003) (n = 3, R 2 = 0.9939); the detection limit was calculated to be 30 nM (S/N = 3). It was lower than some previous reports [34,35], illustrating C-dots/ILgraphene/GCE possesses improved sensitivity and a wide linear range. Table 1 showed a comparison of the methods, linear ranges, and detection limits by Pd, Ni, and other nanomaterials used for electrochemically determining dopamine in a phosphate buffer media.…”

“…It is also an important neurotransmitter widely distributed in the mammalian central nervous systems. It has been discovered that, the lack of DA is associated with the debilitating ailment i.e., Parkinson's disease [18,19], HIV infection and Huntington's diseases. In the past 30 years, a variety of approaches, including spectrophotometry, colorimetry, chromatography, have been developed for the DA detection by different techniques.…”

“…With sulfonating graphene, we successfully accelerated the electron transfer at the right positions while AA and UA oxidation won't happen on the sulfonated-G/GCE. [26] This modification decided the high selectivity to DA and conventional Nafion films can never hold a candle. Furthermore, by means of routine analysis in dopamine hydrochloride injection, we found the relative standard derivation (RSD, n = 5) was less than 2.0 %, indicating the real application in real pharmaceutical sample.…”
