Electrocardiographic and Echocardiographic Profile of Dilated Cardiomyopathy Patients

Abstract: Background: Cardiomyopathy is a primary disorder of heart muscle with abnormal myocardial performance. It is an important cause of heart failure and accounts for upto 25% of causes of heart failure.
